Shipping

Liweau ships to Europe, the UK and the USA (we will add more countries in the future). Each item is sent tracked and signed. You will receive an email notification of your order confirmation as well as tracking information and an email once your item is on its way to you. Liweau is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or items that may get lost in the post once sent that are out of my control.

International Shipping

If you order products for delivery outside of Europe, your order will be subject to import duties and taxes, please note that I have no control over these charges and I cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities.

Standard Shipping Estimates

We use a flat rate of €5 within Europe and a flat rate of €10 for international shipping.

Returns

If you need to return an item you have purchased, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us. 

Returns are only accepted on the following conditions:

1. The item is unworn 
2. The original tags are still attached 

Please also note if you are sending an item back for an exchange/return/refund you will be kindly asked to cover postage costs.
